Our exclusive, private estates are for residents who prefer a safe, residential setting without the lag and congestion of the mainland.
Land ownership on our high standard Private Estates work differently to the SL mainland. Standard tier fees are paid directly to Ikon Islands and not to Linden Labs (you don't have to pay twice!). We welcome Basic SL members too - so you do not need to be a premium member to buy our land (as you do on mainland). We do offer Private Estates for both residential and commercial use.
